Our composites comply with the European standard EN 45545-2:2016 for rail vehicles and combine fire protection and lightweight construction. With various construction methods and manufacturing processes, we offer maximum design freedom and manufacture complex structures from <1 to 15 meters. Flexible mold halves enable the production of composites with undercuts in high quality. Lightweight construction in rail vehicles is crucial for carrying more passengers or offering passengers more comfort while saving energy.
